At Winebar, we strive to ensure every bottle arrives in perfect condition; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we only accept returns on damaged or corked items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Contact Support

    Email our sommelier team with your order number and a brief description of the issue with your bottle.

  • 2.
    Provide Documentation

    Attach clear photos of the damaged packaging or the specific defect found on the cork or label for our quality assessment.

  • 3.
    Secure the Product

    If the wine is corked, please recork the bottle with at least three-quarters of the liquid remaining to be eligible for a full inspection.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once your claim is validated, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement bottle at no extra cost.
