Anybody who popped their head into the shop would know we LOVE the Saltare Brut Nature, it's essentially the house wine at this point. It offers the generous biscuity notes you often find from long maturation on the lees with a refreshing apple & pear finish. Not only a wine for celebration, and sometimes, having a bottle in the fridge is enough reason for celebration in itself.
